I like the variety of exercises included, range of fitness levels it covers and muscle groups used in each activity. Especially helpful are the videos which demonstrate the correct format.
Easy and quantitative
I really like this app because it gives me a number for my fitness on a whole bunch of exercises. Then it gives me a number for my overall fitness. I can now track my fitness over time on each individual exercise and overall. Very unique and fun!
