Exif Metadata allows you to view, edit, and remove metadata from your iPhone and iPad photos. This includes details like GPS location, camera settings, date, and author information. It helps you manage and protect the data embedded within your images.
You can edit and remove a wide range of metadata, including aperture, exposure, date, time, author, description, copyright, and GPS location data. You can also choose to remove all metadata at once or just the GPS location independently.
The app is free to try, offering core functionality for viewing and editing metadata. A Pro version is available for purchase, either through an annual subscription or a one-time payment, which removes ads and unlocks advanced features like bulk editing and filtering.
The app is optimized for both iPhone and iPad and works with all photos in your device's camera roll and iCloud Photo Library, with the exception of ProRAW photos. It also supports Dark Mode for a comfortable viewing experience.
The app processes your photos on-device, meaning your images are never sent to a server. This ensures that when you remove metadata, especially GPS location, you can share photos online with greater peace of mind, as personal data is stripped away.
