New Update Makes App Unusable
The last iteration of EXOS made you sign in once a day - annoying, but not the end of the world. The new update makes it so you have to manually sign in every time you open the app, including receiving a text code that you then have to manually type in. This is incredibly annoying. I understand the security of at all but at least allow us to sign in with Face ID. This adds substantial time to accepting orders and closing. Half the time it crashes anyways. Please remove this element and fix the bugs.

Latest update
Having to log in everyone I use it now takes up valuable time especially when trying to accept an order. We only have a few minutes in which to accept and if I’m At an appointment or on the road I can’t always take attention away from my client or from the road too long in. I should be able to log in and stay logged in only once a day. It was working that way before the last update.

autosign
i can’t get any autosign closings because they are using 1 company & that company only pays 1/2 of the fee yet the package are huge!!!!! why can’t i get the closings & get the whole fee?????
Poor App Stability and Availability
The latest software version update of the app has made the app almost unusual. App seems to be unstable, log-in access 90% of the time is impossible. The app seems to need work to fix bugs in order to have access at least 99% of the time. Fix it!
Latest Update has deficiencies and app freezes too often
Latest app has created more problems than improvements. I constantly have to change the password to get access, nothing is streamlined, hard to navigate within the app, slows down my efficiency.
Better than any signing agent app out in 2023!
They’ve done a fantastic job updating this app! The visual and ease of use is by far the best signing agent out. Amazing job!!!
Consistent Issues
The App absolutely never syncs properly with my default calendar on the IPhone 11. It’s sickening to keep receiving assignment where there are already non Exos events in my phone calendar.
Then they say put all events in their calendar which is not convenient and takes forever. This app needs a lot of work to make it functional.

Even when calendar is blocked I still get auto assigned orders It is NOT time effective to log in EVERYTIME AND 2 part verification everytime I can nearly get a closing done by the time needed to simply log in Definitely does NOT make me day easier rather get the phone calls or texts

Since the latest update I have to log in every time I open the app. With the 2 step verification, this takes place way to long. Have not been able to log in to the website either.
Worked fine for a long time now giving me issues
I’ve use the EXOS app for years mostly without issue but most recently the screen goes blank I can’t do my updates I’m beyond frustrated I can’t be organized like I need to be for this job
Needs lots of improvements
Why can I just stay logged in. It’s irritating. I have to login at every signing that is not it and it needs a verification code which you can’t copy and paste you have to type it in.

It is made me signing in and signing out and receiving assignments very seamless. It’s easy to use and I don’t have to go to several different websites

Field excess to expos site
Many times i cannot access the expos site to sign in my arrival. The screen goes bkank. Its not the wifi.
I like the quick check in and check out because i get the fee verification right away.
