I have a new iPhone. I’m pretty techie. EXP’s Technology is incredibly lacking.

Why are we paying a technology fee when what is supposed to be a crown jewel of our company does not and judging by prior reviews hasn’t for awhile work at all as an app?! This is unacceptable

I’m a new agent to eXp and couldn’t wait to get into the World. Unfortunately, this app only gives me a blank page with the “remember me” checkbox at the top. Some of us don’t have Macs or PCs so this would be our only way to access the World.
Would be nice if it worked.

Doesn’t work
Can’t even get past the login screen. It freezes on the “remember me” screen after I enter my credentials. Have deleted and redownload to no avail.

Downloaded the APP and logged in and all I can see is Remember Me and the rest of the page is blank.

This is horrible, can’t even get passed the login stage, it stays frozen. If we are paying a technology fee they should be able to provide us with up to date technology.

On iPhone you can't paste password into the field. So I can't sign in.

The latest update makes usage of eXp world on iOS significantly more productive as you can now see chat which is great.
There are a few issues though which I hope are being worked on. The Screens are supposed to be viewable on mobile but the screen share on calls aren’t visible, only some default screens for a meeting room. The screens are also larger than the mobile viewport so you need to scroll to see all the content.
I would love to see better font size consistency and use of iOS native scrolling.
Overall this was a great update and I hope the dev team keeps the work going.

EXP - You can do better.
Audio is poor and unreliable. You can’t do much with this app. It’s incredible to me that eXp has not developed a better app for the world by now. I am taking it off my devices since it is essentially useless.
Frustrating
When it works it is great but it is frustrating when it says no one is in the room or I cannot hear the audio. I hope this updated soon because having the world on the go is necessary for a cloud based office.
A Crappy Appy!
I like eXp. I like all their tools but this app is just not one of them. It should be up to par with eXp’s standards of excellence but it’s really not. It’s always been glitchy and you can’t even connect the sound to a Bluetooth speaker. Speaking of sound…lately and like today, for example, I can see many people in the FL State meeting but no sound. Agents were able to communicate with each other wondering why we couldn’t hear the meeting, but no sound was coming through for the actual meeting. We should be able to be completely mobile in this day and age but this app is not really making it possible. Please fix it because in theory it seems like a great app but it’s not really. Thx!

Atrocious
This app is terrible! I am out and about and trying to listen to my state meeting but I am unable to. The app causes the volume to constantly move up and down so much that it goes from all the way up to muted. This causes me to hear about two words with a break every couple of seconds.
This app needs to work better so that it’s usable by your agents. I shouldn’t be tethered to my home computer in today’s day and age.
