It’s become a staple for me
Lately I’ve been feeling like I need a little bit something more than my go to YouTube podcasts, and I really feel like this hits the spot. It’s the best of both, really. Although lately a few episodes of Wellness 360 have been VERY fun to listen too 😂 I don’t see myself deleting this any time soon. I need more!!

Good so far
It’s easy to use and straight forward, and I like coaches they have on there. They keep everything easy to understand and you can tell they actually want to help people. Zero gimmicks so far!
