Extremely unreliable
Service constantly cuts off, “sorry we are experiencing problems” message comes across the screen on every channel. So upset I paid for a year subscription. Don’t make my same mistake.
Garbage
Went through the process of downloading to my smart tv and no matter how many times I tried it would not let me login. Tells me every time password invalid even after changing it three times. A waste of time and definitely not worth paying for.
Expat in Florida
Absolutely brilliant app! Couple of downtime’s now and then but excellent service and live and recorded shows. Lots of channels and easy to navigate

Too flawed to use
As an expat with endless runarounds trying to access US channels, I’ve tried several services and they have all been more trouble than they’re worth. This app is promising but too flawed to recommend. Scrolling through on-demand content on a new iPhone is nearly impossible. Streaming to Apple TV results in low data transfer rates even on a 100mb/s connection and audio that lags by at lease several seconds. While streaming, the content continues to play on the mobile device.
I don’t understand the legal aspects of this service but if they sort out the dire usability problems, or if you only use handheld devices, it may be a service worth considering.
