Can’t get in
I downloaded expense ease mostly to track cash. It was working well. I was pleased with the app. Then I began taking medication that’s made my fingers swell and my fingerprints disappear.
Now I cannot get into the app. It gives me a button option to enter my passcode. But when I use the button, it returns me to a request for my fingerprint.
I cannot find a workaround so I entered before the end of May is an accessible, and I have not been able to enter more expenses since.
Please fix this bug so I can enjoy this app

Functions well… if I could get in
I like the ease of use for this app. But I have not been able to access it for over a week.
I have recently started taking medication that has caused my fingers to swell. I no longer have ridged fingerprints. Without my fingerprint, I cannot get in the app. My phone asks me to enter a passcode, which would be great, but the app does not allow for a passcode entry. It goes back to the fingerprint page every time I press “enter passcode.”
Grrr!
