Work company

I used this app for the past 3 years and paid $4.99 to download it, a few weeks ago the application Ultimately changed name and all of my reports are gone, how dare you do this to me, you wiped all of my history for your new stupid look, they took out all of the important things in the application to add ads, how stupid, your open for a law suite now

Disappointed.

About 6 weeks ago I downloaded a business expense tracking system. Worked at it to make sure I’d really use it, and ended up adding all my receipts back to beginning of the year. I was being very diligent to add as receipts arose. If it was a free trial then why didn’t they offer for me to start purchasing? Instead one day that app tile is gone from my phone and this company’s Business tracker app is in its place. I register and all my data is gone. I wrote and asked about it. No response. Now I’m having trouble even logging back on. Help with lost password? Nope. No word from them. What a waste of time.

Horrible!!

I have had this app for years and this update lost all of my saved expenses even after I paid for the app to ensure that wouldn’t happen.

Bad review

"Not good, the in-app purchase is for removing ads and it's a monthly subscription. It's very inconvenient to use.
"Moreover, the information collected by the developer is all user privacy! Bad review."

Updated and delete all data

Can’t get in and use all. All data is gone. Was using older app I guess. Can’t even create an account.

Loss of functionality

Latest update deleted all my data and changed the app to this new version. Not a great app, unable to add receipts, and cumbersome.

Decent functionality

Worst App Ever

They have lost all my data even though I paid extra to store it. After multiple attempts at contacting company with no response. Company is out of business and no way to contact them with all my companies data. Don’t buy this app whatever you do.

Lost all receipts

Was good to begin with.... but.. I went to add information today and the app would not open. Looked for help from some tech savvy people and nothing worked!! Now all the receipts imputed is gone!!!!

Need bugs fix

Over all is a great app, but has 2 bugs crashing for no reasons, and sometimes back date entered will become today. Please take some time and fix those.

Customer service is questionable??!

I reached out to them two times, via email, through the app, and I’ve not heard back. Having trouble syncing from iPad to iPhone, even after following their online directions. I also keep getting an alert saying Invalid Product

Once I get this figured out, I will write a more detailed review about the app

Simple but not updated

Very simple and effective. Developer not fixing minor issues. It still shows invalid purchase after buying it. No provision for finger print activation.No provision to maintain your expenses separately. Have tried many but this is very practical.
