WORST!
Do not download it is useless! In my case it’s for an iPhone, you may have better luck if using an android! Never have been able to use it. Keeps buffering when you initially click on the create report function! Does not move from the buffering screen! Again it’s USELESS!!!
You can’t upload pictures of receipts
For some reason as of late none of my pictures of receipts can be uploaded from my phone. Not trying to be critical. But it certainly makes things inconvenient.
Catastrophic Failure
After using this app for four years, I can say that it is absolutely the worst, most poorly designed, inefficient, buggy and brain-numbing app on my phone. And this is no exaggeration. It should be avoided at all costs. Unfortunately my company forces us to use this service, so I am stuck with it.
Can't open PDFs
I want to use this app to approve invoices while I'm on the go. Unfortunately, the app doesn't let me open PDF files to actually view invoices. I won't approve invoices till I see that they're properly entered into the system. Therefore, this mobile app is useless.
Needs a lot of help
The UI looks better than previous versions that looked like the 1970's. But it's still slow, lags and hangs for an awhile - maybe they need to hire some people from Concur to fix this slow app.
