As bad as Buyagift

Have been trying to book my experience on Buyagift direct, but their system does not allow you to enter the dates you want. Thought I would be clever and download this and it won’t even let me log in saying Bad Username or Password without the option to amend it. Using the same Buyagift password. Feel very uneasy about Buyagift as I have had no end of difficulty in using my voucher and of course - they won’t talk to anyone. A complete shower.
