Took the money, didn’t set up a session
I had paid for a session prior to my interview, and when the session was scheduled I got an email saying it is delayed by 15-30 minutes. And that’s all I haven’t received any follow up after that, I also wrote and email to their customer support but to no avail. It’s been more than a month, forget a refund I haven’t even gotten a revert from them. Extremely disappointed.

Worst experience, money wasted
Horrible app, we have to do as they force us towards job even if it’s inconvenient. Firstly their way of explaining the agreement is different, what i experienced is different, they’ll tell training ends within 5 weeks, it crossed the time. According to me, Secondly no proper notifications is given for candidates, they provide time table but I came to know, the process is done as per their conveniences completely thirdly the partnered company(finance peer people)keeps calling regarding EMIs pay even after paid they keep notifying through multiple numbers repeatedly Lastly, as a handicapped individual, even after I submitted relevant documents, the service is not provided as per our convenience. They will make us to join wherever they want as they say.. when I decided to refuse it for personal reasons, after the service stops, till now they’re torturing me to rejoin by calling through hundred times by several numbers in a day .. they have told us to search vacancies & tell them… is that the reason we pay money to them?? Threatening to give notice.. what the hell?? anybody is not having freedom to opt for their carrier at their wants??nobody is sentenced for life to anybody’s manipulation..right guys???
