RENEWAL GUIDES WITH OFFICIAL SOURCES
Open a Saudi or UAE document and follow its renewal guide:
• Who renews it: you, the head of the household or your employer
• The steps in order, with the prerequisites marked "do this first"
• Buttons for the official app or site: Absher, Muqeem, ICP, GDRFA, RTA or MOI
• The government source and the date it was last checked
• Passports link to your home country's passport service (India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Egypt)
If a passport expires before the iqama or residence visa can be renewed, Expiro tells you to renew the passport first.
THE FINE, BEFORE IT HAPPENS
Expiro shows a fine only when an official source publishes it, with the date it was checked. If you're late, it shows what the fine has reached. Where no figure is published, it says so and points you to the official app.
HOUSEHOLD CALENDAR
Spouse, children, parents, domestic workers: one calendar, grouped by month, shows who needs what and when. Share a household summary as text or PDF.
HIJRI DATES
Show dates Hijri first or Gregorian first, with the other calendar alongside (Umm al-Qura). Enter the date from an iqama card with the Hijri picker. Widgets and reminders use the same calendar.
REMINDERS THAT KEEP COMING
Reminders count back from the renew-by date, not the expiry date. Expiro plans them for the whole household within iOS's notification limit, so every document keeps its next reminder, however many people you add.
