App crashes and is unusable

I just started trying to use ExpiresBy a couple weeks ago. Manually entered all data to the app on my iPad from another app that is no longer supported. Data then wouldn’t sync via iCloud to my iPhone no matter how many resets I tried to do of the app storage in iCloud on both devices. Now after the latest update the app is not opening on either my iPad or iPhone. App support in the store points to the developer’s X account, but their inbox won’t accept DMs and they haven’t responded to a comment that I made on a post trying to get their attention. I have now lost all the data that I added to the app, some of which is not recorded anywhere else.

Need a update soon bcz my whole work on this app ( all good expiry ) & the app doesn’t work or open well

I'm really sorry you're having trouble opening the app, and I understand the frustration since your expiry data lives there. The good news: your items are stored safely on your device, so nothing is lost. Could you help me track this down? Please update to the latest version (1.8) from the App Store and try again. If it still won't open, I'd love to know exactly what happens: does the app crash right away, freeze on the launch screen, or open slowly? Also, which iPhone model and iOS version are you using? You can reach me directly through the app's support contact in the App Store listing. I'm an independent developer and I take reports like this seriously, so I'll get it sorted as quickly as I can.

I think this app is great

I find this app very useful. My only suggestion is if you can add low- stock warning level. Usually every month I have to go to the pharmacy to receive my medicines so I want to set up reminders for low stock
