Poor maintenance

Bad start

Why would you make me create my account AGAIN because the confirmation email went into my spam, and it expired because I didn't see it? Why not use the creds I already spent time inputting to create the account, rather than making me start from scratch? I haven't even started using this app and I'm already annoyed. I'm a software developer myself, and I cannot believe the way other devs abuse their users with bad design like this.

To inquire about your status, please use the 'Contact' email function found under 'Experience Options' within the app. The researchers are responsible for project compensation and are best positioned to assist you.

Keeps signing me out

I keep getting signed out and when I try to sign back in a message stating “too many requests” pops up. This happened in the middle of me using the app as well. Uninstalling, no point in keeping an app I can’t use.

App shuts down

I have had a pretty good time so far enjoying this app, but suddenly all I can do now is try to log in because I am getting signed out, and everytime i try to sign in or make an account it says error found, I have deleted and reinstalled the all but nothing works, then it says I have no wifi connection”HOW IF I AM USING THE APP THAT COST WIFI TO USE” but anyways Im not sure if it is just for me but please help.

Problems

I don’t get much notification. I did the last survey only because I was looking at the phone when the notification came in.

Too many updates

Every other time I use this app I have to update it. In class. Wasting time.

Unaccessible

There was only an hour time slot to complete each interview and it kept saying I “missed” the session and would not let me complete it. It was infuriating. :)

The AP works

This app is designed to do some detailed analysis of people’s perception of their emotions in an on-going way. I am annoyed I have to put my code in each time—isn’t the purpose of an app to not have to do that? The interface is still not seamless.

Maybe some things to fix??

I created an account online however the app doesn’t allow me to log in. When attempting to update my information online, it only accepts American states, so doesn’t consider my address legitimate.
