Very Useful
I enjoy having all my benefits in one easy app. It’s convenient, saves me time, and helps me find what I need quickly. I do think it could use a more modern layout and design to make the experience even better, but overall it’s a good tool.

Video problems
Informational videos do not have sound.
User Friendly
I love apps that are user friendly and this one is exactly that. You can find everything you need to make an informed decision about your benefits, right at your fingertips. Being able to access payroll and HR information as well is a bonus!
Great way to manage benefits
This app is great for letting me see all of the benefits I’m enrolled in with my employer. I can see what coverages I have. The app has a great notice system to let me know of any important info from my employer.

What a great concept!
The Explain My Benefits app has provided me with the ability to safely access my benefit information anytime or anywhere I need. I can complete my annual enrollment or make any benefit changes when it’s most convenient for me. I am more in tune with my company benefits than ever before.
Great tool to view all my benefits.
I’ve been in my position for a long time and have gone through so many benefits to the point that it got confusing what benefits I actually had. Then my company signed with Explain my Benefits and they introduced this app to us. It’s very simple to use and has all of my benefits right in front of me. I clearly know my information and if anything changes it’s a simple button press to login and change my information.

Great and Useful Enrollment Tool
Was able to view all my carrier contacts, view any plan summaries, and even watch educational videos for the plans I was enrolling in. There is also a built in notification system where I was receiving timely messages on enrollment dates, plan highlights, and new benefits being offered. This is truly a one stop shop for all things benefits! Great job EMB!

User Friendly Enrollment
This was such a user friendly app to view my benefits and enroll. All the documents were easily accessible for me to get the information I needed. Being able to view all my benefits and easily enroll just from the phone is a huge win with how easy it is to get it done. Great app!
Wonderful!
The app is super easy to use to enroll in my benefits from anywhere. It contains educational videos and documents to help me understand all the benefits I’m offered. I can even take pictures of documents that are being requested from me and upload them right from my phone!
Ease of Use
I was so impressed with how easy it was to navigate through my benefits within this app. I am not usually tied to a computer throughout my day so having the option to do this via my iPhone was extremely convenient.
Easy to use app!
I have enrolled in benefits at different companies for over 20 years abs this is the first time I was able to just pick up my phone and go through it. It was easy! I also was at the dentist and right there I could pull up my summary of benefits. This app is great. Thanks!
Easy to Share
My wife and I have different benefits from our employers. The app made it so easy to share with her our plans and benefits guide making the comparison and selection of our companies benefits during opened enrollment so easy.

This app is user friendly. It provides easy access to enrollment information. Definitely an added benefit to have as you navigate through open enrollment and to view benefits.
Game Changer
How easy and all things Benefits compacted at my fingertips!! It’s so useful to review materials when you need them. I may not read everything when completing my open enrollment selections. But I do read all the documents especially when there is a specific event (Time for an eye exam. I can find easily and at anytime what my insurance covers.)

Aesthetically pleasing and very user friendly, I prefer to use my phone than computer as I’m always on the go, was able to find the best options easily and enroll in minutes!

I like having access to me and my family’s benefits materials right from my phone. The app is easy to navigate and user friendly which is also a bonus. I also love receiving real time notifications from my employer so I stay up to date with important information and never miss upcoming events or notices!

Rarely do I write a review, but this app deserves it. For me, it’s the best way to receive benefits information. This app is easy to use, and my employer sends me benefits information throughout the year. What a valuable tool to have in your pocket.
