Smoother starts with Coach Nova, and problem reports that reliably carry a picture of the screen. - Coach Nova starts once. The Learn with Live Tutor button now says "Connecting to Tutor" the moment you tap it, so a slow start no longer looks like nothing happened. Extra taps while she connects, or just as your child's turn in line comes up, no longer start a second session. - "Ask Nova to explain it differently" now works. When Coach Nova can't join, the whiteboard reads the lesson aloud instead, and this button appears at the end. Before this update, tapping it could do nothing at all, or she would leave a few seconds after joining. Now, if she is free, she joins and teaches the lesson again from the first step. If she is busy, the app tells you so, and the button stays on screen long enough to try again. - The whiteboard no longer drops the leading number from problems like 2.5x + 3 = 8. Before, it could show 5x + 3 = 8 instead. - A decimal shown on its own line, like 0.47, could appear as a red error instead of the number. It now displays correctly. - Sending a problem report from inside the app now attaches a picture of the screen far more reliably. The app takes the picture itself, in a moment, instead of rebuilding it from the page, which could run out of time on a long answer. Each report also says which version of the app sent it, so we can match a fix to the update that carries it. - A co-parent can now delete their own account from Crew Settings. The crew, its learners and their history stay with the parent who created it. - The subscription screen now says plainly that each plan renews automatically. It lists the price and how often you pay, and says you can cancel anytime in your App Store subscriptions. - The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service inside the app are updated to the September 5, 2026 versions. They explain more clearly how long we keep each kind of data. - Smaller fixes throughout, such as calling Crew Settings by its right name everywhere.
