Obligatory App
I’ve used this app for more than 10 years and many of the partner apps for other cities. You will not find a quicker and more reliable guide to navigating public transportation around the world.
The best app
Been using this app since 7-8 years - the best app - updated, user friendly

Excellent service
When I need to go somewhere else I enjoy using this app to see what lines of the metro I need to take.
Does not offer directions
Just a map. Can show which lines to take somewhere, but no route suggestions or timings
Line & map issue
It doesn’t show the Jinshan railway
Metro app
Very good app for Shanghai , accurate and updated
Language and Information around station
It’s friendly simple. If this can recognize traditions of Chinese characters, it would even better. Any chance to enhances the app including linkages of info around stations ? That would be even better for tourists. Thanks
Great app always up to date !!!
Easy to use, clear missing only the time schedule of the train
Bad
Completely wrong
Sound ?
What happened to Audio saying the subway stop in Chinese ?
Must have ..!!
Takes the rocket science out of using public transport …
Easy to use
Good app, could be better if the maps in other countries were all in one app, so I can download less
