App does not sync to Strava
Error 403: Limit of Connected Athletes Exceeded. Please fix this app. False advertising- when I bought this machine it says it will sync with Strava
Sometimes good, but occasionally has bouts of persistent crashing
The app is fine, when it works. But there are times, often days at a stretch, where it simply crashes every time you open it and nothing I have tried ever fixes it. You just have to wait it out, and one day it will start working again. Frustrating!
Paid subscription fee but doesn’t work
I paid for the 12 month subscription to get the expanded rides but it still doesn’t give me access. I just get a NIL message. Tried restarting and deleting app and reinstalling but still doesn’t work or recognize I paid the subscription fee. Free trails work but it’s a no go on the expansion via the subscription. No way to access any type of help through the app so I’m requesting a refund from apple.

Now unsupported so latest iOS makes it useless on iPad. Thanks Bowflex…..
