I’ve been using this app for the last month with mixed results. When it works it works very well, but when it doesn’t it’s just crap. I like the functions available like playback and the ability to watch remotely but recently it’s refusing to connect saying “server failure” when I try to log in. Nothing has changed with my hardware, and it’s running fine from my tv/monitor so it’s must be to do with the app. This needs to be a more reliable product to be considered useful.
Edit: 09/01/2019. The newest update to smooth out bugs has thrown more bugs into the app. In landscape the picture is now squashed. During playback the picture cuts half way up the screen so I can only see the bottom part of the image. It does this when switching to HD too. Since the server issue the app has been working well but this update needs an update.
Edit: Since iOS 16 the app refuses to load any of my cameras. App hasn’t been updated in 3 years.

Terrible
This day and age you shouldbt have to deal with apps like this ! Feels like your on a dial up connection with simple tasks made extremely hard, makes a very expensive cctv system make you think why you even bothered in the first place.

Worst app and even worse CCTV
One of the worst apps ever developed. Constantly crashes, playback is nigh impossible, you have to keep closing it and reopening to it make it work sometimes. Stay away from Qvis and This app

I’ve used this app for many years, and it really is good it’s amazing what you can do. Since the last ISO update it now crashes all the time, I have plenty of memory in my machine so that is not the reason. Please will you fix this and then you will go back to 5 stars.
Don’t trust this app - they will update and ask money
Total waste of time , I used a professional security company called Securicco and they have collaboration with them , both are con artist and they will take your money and block your app or ask you money after next update . It’s a trap and a don’t trust them .
No longer suitable for remote access
This used to be a really good app. However whilst you can view cams, you can’t record footage from your DVR anymore. So little point in using this app now.
What a waste of time and money
Buffers doesn’t notify me of people in the zone anymore might as well look out of the window!!! No update in a year

buffering issues constant loading takes forever
What is wrong with this app?! Whole idea of having a cctv app is that you can click on it and view your cctv footage at any given moment. This app is slow it buffers for ages-I mean what’s the point if you need to view the camera footage ASAP especially when you are away from the home and it takes forever to load. The quality is fine and also depends on what technology you are viewing it on I have an iPhone XR and the quality in HD is pretty good but the buffering is annoying. Sort it out please as this app kind of defeats the point of having the cctv to view on the go!

Not working
Can you help, my app has stopped working all of a sudden, I deleted it and downloaded it agian, still not working. Changed password, still not working.
Re put all my CCTV details in agian, still not working.
Comes up with UNKNOWN ERROR 100000
Why have a app that does not work, people who have been using it for there CCTV and rely on it for keeping an eye on whatever its used for.
It is very unfair and not professional.
You haven’t even informed the people who have downloaded it, that is it not working.
