PLANNING AND ON THE GO • New daily view with map: all stops for the day at a glance, with actual journey times shown between them. You choose the mode of transport for each section (on foot, by bike, public transport, car). • Route optimisation (Premium): Explority suggests a better order, whilst fixed bookings remain unchanged. You can see the old and new options side by side and only apply the changes once you’re ready. • Completely revamped city search: sorted by relevance, distance and size, with population figures and a map preview before you add a destination. • Importing from shared content now includes prices too – the costs appear immediately in your finances. • More reliable flight delay notifications: featuring the new time in the text and an all-clear message when the flight is back on schedule. • Statistics: a world map of the countries you’ve visited and country tiles you can flip over. • Checklists with categories, accurate progress tracking and the option to choose between private and group mode. • Long-press and copy addresses; clickable links in notes; new location selection for connections and car journeys. • Add screenshots directly from the Share menu to an activity (iOS). • Prices are displayed in your region’s currency. • Confetti when a new trip is scheduled. GROUP TRIPS AND SCHOOL TRIPS • Join via code or link, plus a ready-made notice to print out or forward. • Participant management with capacity, waiting list, search function and an overview of whose details are still missing. • Participant list and emergency contact list as PDFs – the participant list deliberately excludes contact and health details. • Offline emergency view: tick off attendance, call the emergency contact directly, hide health details at the touch of a button. • Consent forms for photos, administering medication, leaving the group unaccompanied and swimming – granted via the linked parent account, not by the accompanying adult. • Parent accounts can now view and update their child’s details: emergency contact, dietary requirements, consents. • Notice board with reply function: messages with read receipts; you can see who has confirmed receipt. • Invoicing as a traceable log, including a counter for free trips. • Data protection: data protection levels per trip, retention and deletion periods, data export and access requests, on-device encryption. • Post-trip survey – anonymous for participants, analysed for the organisation. PREMIUM • Unlock individual trips instead of a subscription: either a separate trip for all fellow travellers or access to a shared trip. • The Premium page shows the entire cost model at a glance. ALSO A consistent interface throughout the app, reorganised settings, corrected time zones for flights and over 40 bugs fixed – ranging from private activities that only appeared after a restart to exports that never worked on the iPad.
