Awful
Awful app, especially considering they had an extra year to work on it. Would be so useful to be able to put in a dozen pavilions and then for it map the best route. The guidance is awful. Stick to a paper map.
Not opening
I downloaded the app. According to the app’s description and requirement details, my old iPhone 6 should be able to run it on its 12.5.5 iOS. Instead, I downloaded app...& it won’t open.

It stopped working
It’s stopped working on the day we were in the expo.
Said this app is no longer current version and it didn’t want to update.
We had to then use paper maps and ask people where stuff was.

Horrible
Worst app ever.Volunteers at Expo sound like robots saying “Use the Expo app.It’s really helpful and easy-to-use”
Tickets worked on day 1 but after that didn’t work.Horrible connection tried on 2 different phones both didn’t work.

Doesn’t Work.
Could not link my ticket as QR code showing invalid once scanned, so unable to pre-book some of the busier pavilions. Kinda defeats the purpose having the App if this fundamental aspect does not work.
Pretty Complicated UI & UX with broken flow
With Expo on the ground being on such magnum scale- this mere app with so poor experience isn’t doing a justice.

Someone Got Conned
I don’t who specked this app, but it contains lots of flashy images. But the user context is not at all user friendly, typical of things written by geeks.
Useless piece of software
Standing in front of the entrance to Expo and unable to add my ticket!!! What a disaster.

Awful user experience
Spent more then 2 hrs trying to buy premium tickets, all forms of payments failed miserably except of applePay, finally managed to buy 4 ‘premium’ experience tickets but the app failed to link them to my account. Staff at the expo grounds mentioned the system is down for 3 days already. Mobile app won’t let save favorites. No instructions on how to use your premium tickets benefits. Avoid buying them as value for money is not there. Just regular day ticket would give you almost same benefits

Terrible
“Link a Ticket“ doesn’t work, tells you it’s linked but doesn’t appear in “My Tickets”. Thought I’d compile a list of favourite pavilions, but it only remembers the last favourite you added. Truly useless app - what’s the point?
It cancelled everything
I registered my tickets and was picking the pavilions for the smart queue for about a week.. then today I logged in and everything had disappeared. I also cannot register the tickets again for some reason. I spent hours picking the pavilions and the time and everything was wasted and in vain.
Does NOT work
I cannot see my tickets in the app most of the time — it just loads for a minute and then displays no tickets. Same for the smart queue booking. Do not expect to be able to use the get in. Not reliable.

We were almost denied entry
We linked our tickets on the app. Yesterday when we tried entering the Expo 2020 the tickets were nowhere to be found. Thank God we had the online purchase on our google drive. We couldn’t use our smart passes. Today I again tried and it’s blank. I tried linking the tickets again and it says tickets are already linked but we cannot see them.

Favourite feature is pointless
Linked my season pass which worked for two days and then it disappeared. Tried logging out and in again, tried quitting the app but still my ticket is lost. I still have the paper copy but this means I can’t use smart queue…. Same problem happened to my wife’s ticket on her phone.
I starred all my favourite pavilions to see but there is 1) no obvious way to see only these pavilions on a map, 2) list of favourites doesn’t even list the district (there are two lines of test but both are the same…), 3) no obvious way to generate a navigation that takes the guest on the shortest path to visit all their favourite pavilions. This app was an opportunity to display a seamless UX but it was missed. The app only has some bubbly graphics, a cartoon map and a list of daily events. A real shame.

Season pass not showing in the app
On my last 2 visits to the Expo I couldn’t see my tickets on the app, so I went to the ticket counters and they gave me a hard copy. Once I tried to link those tickets the app says those tickets were already linked, but I still was not able to find them. At the end, I did not have an option to book any smart queue…

Linked tickets dissappeared
I linked my physical ticket (season pass) in the app but when I went back a month later it had dissappeared. I don't have the physical ticket anymore so what am I expected to do? Same thing happened with my wife. Surely ticketing should be a core part of this app - how can it not keep track of linked tickets effectively???
