Export & Backup Contacts

Save a copy of your iPhone contacts and share it as a vCard file. Need a spreadsheet? Choose the contacts and details you want, preview the CSV, then export it with Pro for Excel and other spreadsheet apps. BACK UP AND SHARE • Export the contacts you allow the app to access as a VCF (vCard) file. • Save or share your file using the iOS share sheet, including Files, AirDrop and compatible apps. • Keep a local history with the date, device and number of contacts in each backup. • Search and review the contacts saved in a backup. FREE VERSION Export up to 70 contacts per file, with 3 completed exports per day. The free version includes ads and shows your 3 most recent backups. PRO — ONE PAYMENT, NO SUBSCRIPTION • Export all accessible contacts without the free contact or daily limits. • Select the contacts and columns to include in a CSV file for spreadsheets. • Preview the first rows before exporting. Save column templates to reuse your preferred layout; choose contacts each time. • View your full backup history. • Add contacts using a backup in this app's local history. • Find and review possible duplicate contacts. • Remove ads. KEEP A COPY OUTSIDE THE APP Backup history is stored on this device. Save your VCF file to Files or another location you trust before deleting the app or changing phones. In-app restoration uses local history; importing external backup files and automatically merging duplicates are not included. Your contact records are processed on your device. You choose where to share exported files. The app uses third-party services for ads, purchases, analytics and crash reporting; see our Privacy Policy for details.
