Always had issues
Save your time (& money) & get an app that is more efficient. This one has been a pain every time. Expect to spend hours in hopes of it maybe working.

I wouldn’t count on this app
The thought process is good. However I didn’t get the first two months of text messages. The rest I had dates mixed up which was awful. I tried getting hold of the tech support for three days and no one ever got back to me. At this stage I knew the app needed a lot fixing and I as not reliable and pretty obvious not tech department.
Waste of money, I will be disputing my ten bucks.

The app is a trap to get a payment to then find out it does not work.

Paid ten dollars for a web address to sms export plus that now wants 29.99 in order to view my text! No license key given with this purchase!! Basura

Skeptical til I tried it… Eureka for taking the chance!
Up until now, I have hesitated investing in a text extractor app. Poor reviews, scary warnings of subsequent addon’s, free apps that were ineffective.
This app is the real deal. There were a few adjustments that had to be made, figuring out my pc name, where to get complimentary pc app, saving back up to harddrive opposed to icloud.
But it works as described! Eureka, thank you for your amazing app. It worked as described.

Not good
After going through all the prompts the supposed download link for pc is not even there. Don’t spend the money for this app.

Okay so after filling out a ticket with there customers service and kind of fallowing their instructions finding a small issue with my Java.
The app works as advertised!!!

This app has helped me through many court cases! The way it prints very well and easy to follow!

It seems like they put effort into writing clear instructions for each step, but the app keeps force quitting on me so I can’t use it. I wish they would give me a refund.
Worked well even on my very old PC!
I am really glad to say that this app worked! It takes a little extra work to download the corresponding program on your computer, but it was worth it. Didn’t take very long to complete the whole process and it allows you to save your files in multiple file types, which is very handy. Also worth mentioning that it even allowed me to export and save a large number of voice messages - literally voice messages sent via text - I’m not talking about voice mail. Anyway, those saved as AMR files, so I’ll have to convert them to something else or find a way to play that file type, but hey...better than having to transcribe hundreds of voice messages! I needed my texts and these voice messages for legal proceedings, so this app is a huge help so far! Lastly, my computer really is OLD and the app and program still worked on it, so cheers to that! Used on March 25, 2021.

Once I received the instructions, using the app was easy. Great and lightning fast customer service.
Awesome App!
I had the best experience using this app “Export Messages”. Raj took the time to text me , FaceTime me and walk me through the entire process of downloading some text messages and showed me how to save to a pdf format from my I phone to my PC. I am not computer savvy and needed help, step-by-step, and he was there to walk me through it. This app is a one-time fee, so they do not charge you monthly fees. I would highly recommend Export Messages to my business associates, friends and family.

Can’t handle encrypted backups
And they don’t mention this before you buy, install, and try to run the program.
Don’t wast your time or money
This app just does not work. I have already spent 3 hours trying to get it to work.
JUNK! Need a MAC to Print a text! Link to PC Download is Dead!
This app does not say you have to have a MAC computer to print a text chain using the app. I have an iPad and an iPhone. It does provide a PC download link but that link is DEAD! I want my money back for this junk app!
Don’t buy!!
The instruction page is so small to read! Can not blow it up to size. Horrible app!
