Worthless. Does nothing except act as a total con game
I accidentally bought it thinking I bought another.
What the heck. Totally useless app does not begin to describe it. Con game is more like it.
I followed the flimsy excuse for directions explicitly for backing up my iPhone to my pc. Apple is very consistent where they do this. But no, the desktop doesn’t find the folder.
And here is the kicker. I wasted $4.99 for this app, when it does nothing! It is the desktop app that allegedly does everything. What?

DOES NOT WORK AT ALL
I was never able to access my text messages at all using this app despite following the directions, watching the help videos, and googling my problem for answers. When I tried to send a message using their “Support” button, I got a fatal error message… and no help (obviously)!
Waste
I paid, I’ve downloaded and installed, still nothing works. I should have read the reviews first before purchasing. Very unhappy.

Garbage - don’t waste your money
This app is years old, does not access iMessage, requires a desktop app and server connection to do anything, and also wants more money to unlock all functionality. Maybe it worked 5 years ago but in 2020 going on 2021 it is non functional and should be removed from the App Store entirely. Refund requested.

I have used this app to export texts back 9 years. I created separate files for different devices to ensure I did not miss texts. Yes I did go overboard but it does work. My greatest regret is that the application does not allow the export of photos that in many cases go with a particular text string.

Total scam
I downloaded the app. You also need to download the server from their website and the file isn’t there. If you contact support the contact form crashes.
DOES NOT WORK
This app DOES NOT WORK!! Disputing the charge to get my money back! You have to download the app to your phone, iTunes, and a computer but you can’t download it on a computer because the website is invalid. I tried this on THREE different computers and you cannot download the software onto a computer.

I have followed every instruction that has been provided, which isn’t much. I backed up my phone on my computer and the app won’t connect to each other and says there are no backups and to use ITunes. Again I followed every instruction and there are no other instructions to follow. Waste of money.
It used to work
It used to work but now just closes as soon as it opens. When it did work it was frustrating as all heck.
Won’t work
I cannot get the computer client to download. Apple rejects it as an Unidentified developer. Disappointed I got charged for this app now.

Horrible app does not work
I would really like my money back, this app did not work at all. We followed every step completely and it still would not work. We even clicked the help button and it said “there isn’t help available for this app”. I just want my money back.

This does NOT work. Total waste of money. I followed the instructions explicitly, downloading the app on both my phone as well as my PC and there is no way to even contact someone for support to help troubleshoot !!!!!
