it’s almost 10:30 where i live and i wasn’t expecting to hear back tonight but wanted to message about a in network provider before i forgot bc mom brain🤦🏻♀️🤣 so nice to be able to get a list ready of providers for me to call first thing this late! so many great features for this app, always having a copy of your card is great! and being able to see all the free providers at one time! 💞 Devan was amazing and super nice tonight. It is SO NICE to be able to chat with a Benefits Guide anytime. They answer on weekends and with the best attitude. I’ve asked probably a dozen questions on everything from my dental coverage, to finding an in-network chiropractor, to if we qualified for a breast pump (we do!).
