Appalling - do not download
I was unable to secure a booking because the person who used this courier service to deliver a parcel to me had a problem with payment. It’s like being told you can’t pay for your petrol because the car before you hadn’t paid for their petrol.
Further I only discovered this after being called and told that was the problem, then called again by ‘customer service’ to be told that was NOT the problem and that it was a problem with my card! Then called again to be told that the first explanation was correct and the subsequent explanation was incorrect. All the while the time for the URGENT courier I had booked was running out.
The circus doesn’t stop there! A courier did finally attend and picked up the parcel only to turn back hand back the parcel saying the payment was a problem! What a bunch of amateurs. Why anyone would use or even drive for these guys is beyond me.
