I’ve been using this app since I moved to town around a year ago. I’ve never had an issue and the deliveries usually get here even more quickly than Uber Eats.
All the complaints in the other reviews are universal issues when it comes to food delivery apps in general, not specific to this app. Every delivery app charges fees (they need to stay in business somehow too), once in a while a delivery might come a few minutes late. That’s life, and it’s just the nature of food delivery apps.
I’d never left a multi-paragraph review for any app before, but I was surprised to see Express Eats didn’t have 5 stars. Then I checked the reviews and realized that rating is more a reflection of human ignorance than an actual representation of the app’s quality. Anyway, if anyone ever reads this, give it a try and ignore people who write reviews based on “I work in a restaurant and deserve tips too”. Smh

Too expensive
I liked the App till I realize how much they overcharge your $20 order easily becomes a $34 order the way they sneak in fees and that’s without a Tip
in my location but way too over priced do not order from here
Do not waste your money go to the restaurant yourself. 11$ just for delivery. Just stick with uber eats or doordash.

Very convenient and lots of food options.

I love the convenience of delivery without being limited to pizza and Chinese! Always a great experience
