I think it’s very easy. I love the app. I read the reviews. Some people have problems. I never had one problem and I am not Mr. computer master I think if you have problems, maybe you have the problem.

Easy to use and customize
Super easy to use! I own a small construction company (excise tax 2%) and also a commercial/residential snow and ice removal company (sales tax 6.5%) its easy to account for both rates even within a single invoice then extract those numbers to file my monthly state tax documents.

This is such a fantastic app! I do wish the mobile version had the option to import invoices from CSV. Are there plans to add this feature?

I’m only giving one star as no option is available to give zero stars
This app used to work well I have been using it for many years and I have invested a lot of time creating customer and item lists which also used to work well but the last few updates have made the app almost impossible to use and it is completely impossible to get any support from NCH I just end up going around in circles so hopefully this review gets some attention from NCH or alternatively stops other people from purchasing

Simple and good
My thoughts
Took awhile to learn but after that was very easy and simple for me to use, always something to learn on it.
Lots of bugs avoid at all cost
I paid for the premium version and unfortunately the softwares was filled with bugs and not user friendly.
Feedback:
-some items would display the wrong quantity when the final invoice is printed
-random freezing of UI
-random crashing of app
-invoice is ruined and need to create the invoice over again if you remove an item after the invoice has been recorded, this means there cannot be any mistakes or if a customer doesn’t want an item you would have to re-create a whole new invoice. Very time consuming if the customer has over 25 items.
-no search function for items, must memorize SKU or scroll bar very time consuming inputting items

Love it!
My fiancé runs a body shop, one man show. Some jobs can take weeks, and some only a few days. The turnover rate isn’t a constant flow of in and out, therefore, to find this free invoice program was a blessing! For 2 years I’ve been searching for exactly what express invoice covers! Any program I’ve come across come with a subscription but isn’t conducive for the minimal tools that work for me. I love having the option to experience more shall that day come, but for the 2 basic forms I use, invoice and estimate, I’m above grateful that it’s offered to me without cost. The available templates allow you to customize the invoice with your personal taste. The final result is the printed organized and professional looking form that his customers can clearly follow and read, instead of the former handwritten carbon copy we originally began with! I have a full time job so if a last minute, if I need to, I can easily jump on the app, fill in what I need and print directly to his printer at the shop! This has been a game changer for this accountant, who IS NOT an accountant!! Thank you!

Love it
I can sync all my devices to one account and not have to lug around the laptop to every job site to create a quote and invoice. I can login on my cell phone or my tablet and give the customer the exact estimate to make the process easier. I would recommend this to any other business owner to make it easier for them too

I am an avid user of Express Invoicing on my MacBook for 10 plus years and excited to be able to access the app on my iPhone while on the go!

Have tried this app meets up with majority of my needs but with few flaws like back up options given for google drive and Dropbox don’t work,
Obviously records need back up ,
What I fear is if this app stops functioning like other apple apps do by simply stating needs updating;
This program was last updated one year ago,
