Ciao everyone and welcome to Express Pizza-Pasta Bar in Templestowe. I am Nick Krousorati, a young restaurateur who is looking to bring a dynamic, hip scene into the new era of Italian food. From a young age I have always played football, whilst finding my love for Italian food along the way. Now my life revolves around my two loves of food and football, where I strive to perfect both. Having been taught and trained by one of the best Italian pizzaiolo's Francesco Crifo, I have looked to modernise and tweak what I learnt to bring into Express Pizza-Pasta Bar. We offer you the traditional Italian style pizza that is thin and crunchy, fresh homemade pasta made daily by our chef, and many more quality dishes. My vision is to create a scenery that offers the best quality, care and atmosphere for our customers. For me the number one most important element is service, and there is no better feeling than seeing satisfied customers. Come in and say hello!
