Is this still active?
So difficult to log in. No password vault integration. Password field doesn’t let you paste, essential if you use complex passwords in a vault. Medicare card seems to be available in MyGov but not sure if there is intended more functionality here. Looks forgotten and neglected.
How is it so bad..?
Trying to paste username and passwords is like playing whac-a-mol as the page jumps around. Logged me out 3 times in 5 mins when trying to view my child’s details. Whoever built this app should be ashamed of the UX.

Not usable with myID
MyGov has pushed the use of Digital ID but if you’ve signed up to myGov with Digital ID you are locked out completely from a app as it requires you to enter a password and secret questions/answers which are now locked off to you because you’ve used Digital ID!! Please do better! We don’t have the choice to not use this service. At least make it possible please. Difficult I can work with, but this is literally impossible.

Still waiting to open as you have wait if you call them..
Trying to get a immunisation statement. My local office is closed for some reason and I have been trying for the last 3 hours and the app is not responding at all. Whoever is getting paid for maintaining this app should be sacked so we don't waste tax payer money..
Clowns
Whoever created this app is an idiot. You log in and it’s all fine. If you accidentally log out there is no way to get back in just gives you an error. For a government app, the clowns working on this app all need to be fired!
Login mess
What's happened, logging in no longer supports Apple password and attempting to tap any of the username or password fields scrolls the fields off the screen. Unusable. Such a mess!!

crazy broken ui
Password entry broken. Keeps jumping off the screen and won’t allow paste from password safe. Why no option for Face ID? Who the hell remembers password and pin for government sites?

Can’t log in!
Despite resetting my MyGov password then entering it straight away I am unable to login - despite being able to login to MyGov.

Not up to date
This app needs to be updated to include sign in with passkey only. Currently the app does not allow signing with pass key which is a sign in option for my Gov.
Worse than MyGov /myID or whatever it’s called today
Basic paste of passwords fails was working last month. Now a waste of perfectly good pixels. How can a government have such hopeless apps, they should be the most secure!!! What a joke

Tells me my username and password is wrong. It isn’t. MyGov no longer use a username and password. This government is so inept.

Lost access. Signin via MyGov doesn’t work with digital id.
Can’t use any more since forced to signin via outdated MyGov sign in screen. I use digital identity now to sign into MyGov, with no username/password option. The Medicare app now requires sign in via MyGov, but sign-in page only allows username/password. Therefore I cannot get into the app. Discriminatory against those trying to tighten up their security. It’s time the app was urgently updated to match myGov requirements so users can access.

Passkey support
I think you need improve the sign in process. I have my passwords saved in a keychain - why can’t I access them during the sign in? The MyGov app works perfectly
Pathetic excuse for an app
Can’t even sign in. Can’t use passkey. Can’t use digital ID. YOU MUST MAKE YOUR MYGOV ACCOUNT LESS SECURE TO BE ABKE TO LOG IN. Even when you do that, tap on the password field and it just scrolls to the bottom of the page so you can’t even enter a password. So it’s literally unusable
