Great When It Works

I plugged in all the information and couldn’t get a receipt without the watermarks. I went to the website and it said my subscription had expired. I verified, via Apple Store that my Pro membership is paid until July. This has happened many times and I’m not sure how to correct. Is there any kind of customer support??

I absolutely love the app but can we get an option to put store numbers. I have multiple locations and would like to distinguish which store my customers bought from. Can we please also be able to edit register numbers as well?
