Decent Service for what’s you pay for
Like I said before: Decent Service. Long and short of it: very user-friendly, plug and play, you don’t need to expert at all to use it. Every once in a while you need to connect to a WiFi network you need to play “Eenie Miny Moe” with the server and the specific setting

I downloaded this app and it didn’t work
Ineffective and no refunds
I bought a monthly subscription which i subsequently cancelled as the VPN is currently ineffective in China. I then went onto the page where i’m supposed to receive a refund, and I find out that there is no refund button?! So i contacted the support team and all they did was transfer me to the billing team. Wasted a hour of my day trying to make the VPN work and get a refund after finding out it doesn’t. The support team was really nice though, and were rather quick with their responses which I liked, but there is literally no refund button in the payment page that they directed me to 😂😂

Great to use 99% of the time
So I very much like using a VPN for multiple reasons. The standard is staying safe on public WiFi, but one of my favorites is having no ads on games I play. I turn it on and then have no ads and I can keep playing without interruptions. It’s fantastic!
There is a downside tho. Sometimes it’ll block me from sponsored ads, but recently it’s blocked me from logging into one of my banking apps, PNC. So I have to turn it off to log in. It used to not be that way, but within the past few months it’s changed. Other than those few things I very much enjoy it.
I’ve personally been using it for several years and my husband has had it longer/ since before we got together.
