I’m sorry the setup wasn’t clear. The app does support painting trim separately from walls, selecting specific trim types, choosing multiple surfaces, and applying different colors to different parts of the exterior. When you say “complex colors,” do you mean multiple trim colors, different wall sections, accent colors, or something else? Please reach out through Support inside the app and send the original photo along with the exact result you’re trying to create. I’ll take a look and help you get the closest possible result for that image. If the app does what you need after that, I’d really appreciate you updating the 1-star rating. I want to make sure the review reflects the actual support and functionality available.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. The app does still show the exact colors used in each visualization, including the paint color, code, brand, and the surface it was applied to. To view them: 1. Open your recent visualizations from History. 2. Tap the visualization you want to review. 3. Scroll down to Paint Details. 4. Under What Was Applied, you’ll see each color used for each painted surface, plus similar colors across other paint brands. I’m sorry this was not clear after the update. I’ll keep improving the layout so those details are easier to find. If this helps, I’d really appreciate an updated review. Your feedback helps me improve the app and helps other users understand what to expect.

Please contact us from inside the app and include what happened, what device you’re using, and which feature gave you trouble. Please update the app and try the same Sherwin-Williams colors again. The current version should give you a much more accurate result than the version used for this review.
