Does not work with iPod touch
The app doesn’t detect positional information on iPod touch. It registers “no wind” when you align it with mirage or rain angle.
Making long range hunting/ shooting easy!!
Met James last year at Dallas Safari Convention and we spoke briefly. I was intrigued by his knowledge, so I started following Barbour creek and being a long ranger hunter and beginner PRS shooting any bit of info I could soak up I did.. once that App released I have upgraded spotters and have been focusing on strictly mirage instead of what the ole kestrel had to say. I am now ranked nationally and has led me two wins and 2 top 3 finishes in major prs matches. Thank you Barbour creek and James, you guys knocked it out of the park with this app, and continue to strive for excellence. I owe a lot of my success in prs to your wind knowledge. Mirage Simplified
Make the first shot count! I don’t get a chance to shoot long range as often as I’d like, which means I don’t always remember what call to make when I’m looking at mirage through my spotting scope or scope; this app makes it easy to make your wind call using mirage or rain angle. Well done, Barbour Creek!

Effective
Makes your wind calls much more precise and effective. When I use this with my ABS app I know that I’m hitting bullseye on the first round.
