Works great!

I tried a couple others that were unnecessarily confusing so I didn’t bother with this. This sat, unused even though I owned it. Yesterday I finally opened it up and was delighted with the quality of the images. Sure, go ahead and try to grab a frame by pausing the video and screenshotting. It won’t be nearly as clear as being able to choose just the right frame and saving it.

Can’t access existing files

From the video page, it tries to access photos, but not videos. how can it extract frames from a video when it just wants to open photos? Not intuitive! And I was unable to get to anything on my iPad elsewhere in the app. so, I installed it on Friday and uninstalled it on Saturday. It was a mystery to me!

It works

It s great app!

It works

A little hard to figure out how to use it. I went to the frame-by-frame mode and got frustrated at how long it takes to advance through a video without a seek capability. Then, I found the “play video” mode, which lets me seek and extract photos. So that’s good.

no more trying to pause your video to get that EXACT frame.

this app gets the job done without a lot of extra junk. no asking for 5 stars to reduce ads (there are hardly any) and no pushing for a subscription before you even open your first video (do they even have subscriptions?) ive been using this app for years and as far as im concerned I don’t need another for frame by frame videos. this app has really opened my eyes to a lot of things, literally.
