wonderful game but some bugs
This game is so awesome! However, the flame thrower has some bug that it can't throw any flame lol. Hope you can solve it soon!
New glitch
So there’s a glitch where if I shut the game down and reboot it anything that was in my inventory disappears. When I shut the game down I was at the main safehouse. Not sure if you all are still working on this game but if you are that’s my only breaker. Otherwise it’s an excellent format of a looter shooter for mobile, just needs major things like that tweaked out.

Subject: Issue with Helicopter Parts and Weapon Disappearance
Hello, Support Team!
I am an active Extraction Survivors player, and my character has already reached level 25. However, I have encountered a problem: I can only find the first three helicopter parts, and the remaining parts do not appear no matter how much I search. This makes it impossible to progress and complete the helicopter for escape.
Additionally, I have noticed that sometimes when I log into the game, some of my weapons with modifiers disappear. This has happened multiple times randomly, causing me to lose important upgrades that I previously found.
I kindly ask for your help in resolving these issues. If needed, I can provide screenshots or additional information about my account and device.

Good Game, Terrible Update
The game was amazing! Five stars. At least until this new update came out. Now I can’t even play it without having to look at some ads. And what’s worse is that I need to pay $6 to get rid of most of the ads. Ugh! Never playing this as much anymore. Unbelievable!
