Non-Georgians stay away
This has got to be the worst experience in purchasing something in Georgia as a foreigner and I have had bad experiences. This app is only in Georgian which should have told me to stay away. Their customer service agent hangs up if you speak in English as well. They sell items on the website that are no longer available. Then you cannot reach them for your refund. It is a very bad company to deal with. Stay away!! I am deleting this app.

Incorrect translation information
AppStore says there is English and Georgian languages in the app. But there is no EN localization in reality.

Doesn’t have ENG version - and that’s a critical issue as competitors (VELI, TNET) have it. Also no-integration with BoG app, no Solo boutique - adding those would be a nice touch.

Languages support
It’s a good service but why there’s no english at least? I don’t speak Kartuli, english (simple google translate) would help a lot. I have to use web version all the time…

The worst support system. They don't even respond to your messages. The delivery is late and they don't even care. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS APP

How can this app claim to be the biggest in e-commerce when its support system is a complete nightmare? You have to wait for hours, even on working days, as if hoping for divine intervention before getting a response. Just go copy Veli properly—you’re trying, but failing miserably.

Dissapointment
I bought 2 dressers and one of them was broken. It took them 3 weeks to respond and refused to give me a new one cuz they did not have any left and I had an option to give both back cuz I ddi not want to have different type of dressers in my bedroom. They asked me to dissasamble the dressess which took me 3 days to assemble cuz the documentsrion was wrong. Finnaly TERRIBBLE experience. Also Custoemer Support canceled the chat when I was in the middle of my sentence and now they are ignoring me. Stay away from the APP!!
