Great content subdued by an inoperable app
We’re currently working through the academy with our leadership team. The lessons are valuable and highly applicable to professional and personal scenarios.
The overall rating here is unfortunately brought down by the inability to use the mobile app. At first launch, sign in is easy and all lessons load as they should. The issue comes on subsequent launches where the following error appears:
Unexpected Error
You have encountered a critical error that could crash your app. You may need to close the app and start again.
Please continue to apply bug fixes for the scenario so I can resolve this use case issue for my team.

Improving
Great content, early on had crash issues seems like they have fixed that. Content is good and easily accessible significantly better now that some of the bugs are getting sorted out! keep it up.
Unable to view videos through app
I have an active subscription with echelon front and I’m unable to see any of the videos on the app. Please look into fixing the app so. 6/28/24
Non-Functional
Can’t log in with validated login credentials. App installs and opens normally but stops at login screen.
Can’t Login
I can’t login from an iPad Pro. I’m running 17.3.1. I even reset my password just to be sure, just sits there without any response at all when logging in. Not sure if this app is meant to work on an iPad, if not, why?
Content does not match selection
I can open the app, but when I try to access my purchased (and downloaded) content, it crashes every time. Please fix:)
2-1-24 update: I am running iOS 17.3, but the problem has now changed. App no longer crashes, but the content is different than what I click on. When I try and watch a video from “How to Develop Discipline” it launches a video from “Extreme Ownership for Middle Managers” with the header at the top of the video page still saying the video is from “How to Develop Discipline”. I can still access everything easily through the website. 5 stars for content, but app is still buggy.
