Good food but terrible app
There is nowhere on the app to enter my birthday and the sign up coupon only gives you two weeks to redeem, also nowhere shows how to contact them for help
Please add a tracker!
It would be great if there was a way to track your order so you know when it gets there, it’s kinda anoying not to know if it will show up

The app takes way longer than ordering over the phone or online. We love the pizza, but the app is pathetic.
Pizza is great, the app is terrible
I wrote a less that favorable review about the app. The company did get back to me, thanked me for my input and then offered me a discount if I signed up for their rewards program. The problem is the app doesn’t allow me to sign in or sign up.
The corporate office should read these comments and fire the app developers. It is hurting the business as you can see from these comments.

Bad app!!
What ever happened to the old ordering online website. This app is the worst I’ve ever seen, but I am so much love Extreme Pizza.
App doesn’t work for online ordering
Useless as that’s the whole purpose. At checkout requires accepting terms & agreement. No matter how many times you click & say okay, get error message saying need to accept terms. No way to get past that to place order. Been a problem for at least a year.
Poor service
First things first. I love extreme pizza. I believe they have some of the best slices I’ve ever tasted.
I received an email from Groupon stating I could get 30 bucks for 12.50. So of course I buy it. Only to be told by Jay at the Oakland CA location that I cannot use it and his owner has not explained how it works. He didn’t even bother to offer an apology or any other compensation. Okay fine.
I then go online to order the pizza and received a pop up to download this app and get 3 bucks off. Okay, something is better than nothing, right? Download the app to receive an error message that the coupon is not valid. Wow!!! Then I’m like never mind the coupons let’s just check out. Then the cart tells me that I have to accept the terms. I continue to click on the terms only to get the same error message. So now I’m clicking all over the page because obviously there’s a button there I can’t see. This r tire ordeal took over 30 mins and now I’m not hungry anymore!

No option to tip through app
Great pizza; fast delivery. App needs option to tip delivery drivers via card.
Bad UX App
Considering we’re in San Francisco you’d expect a good app user experience but between the custom fonts and other bad decisions it’s enough to make a millennial call rather than ordering online. It’s mostly functional but the coupon code wouldn’t apply in the app and website is only slightly better. Pizza is good though.

Frustrating
Logged in, ordered three items, detailed, added a deal coupon, entered payment and tip. It then tells me order has failed, to verify my phone number in my profile. When I did so, and went to my cart, GONE! everything! I selected “last order”, which summarized the actual order, and I get back , “ previous order unavailable “. Almost caused me to eat a sandwich and call it a night!

I wish the app was as good as the pizza
This app won’t recognize I’m only 1.3 miles from a location said I was out of the delivery zone. My time was wasted using this app that never properly loaded to a menu choice.
Can’t log in...
If I enter the wrong ID or password, it immediately tells me there’s an error. If my info is correct when I tap log-in it just sits there with a spinning wheel thinking about it. It never let me into the app.

App needs a lot of work
Almost a year after the iPhone X came out and still isn’t updated for it. It basically feels like just a wrapper for a website, so it’s slow, things don’t work the way they’re supposed to, and overall just kinda frustrating. Also the prices in the app are different than the ones listed in the store. Still, tasty pizza though!

Great pizza, cruddy app.
We love this pizza place!! A little speedy but well worth the freshness and taste. So many other pizza places taste like you put a digiorno in the oven, not this place. Be forewarned, get rid of this app and just call them directly. As what coupon specials are available, the friendly staff will help!!
