Was a great app untill it stopped working
Extreme terrain was my #1 offload app until it randomly stopped working. Every time i try and look at anything or even search up something it just says “sorry! Something went wrong. And it asks me to try again and still doesn’t work. Tried restarting my phone and reinstalling app. Internet connection also good. I dont know whats wrong

No Notifications!
The app pretty much requires you to turn on Notifications. Otherwise you will get a pop up asking to turn on Notifications every second tap or so. Really?! Save yourself and just go to their website. Shame on you devs.
Apple 10 does not like the up dated version.
Please fix for apple. After last update I can’t use the app and had to use Quadratec
App issues
When the application functions properly, it performs exceptionally well. However, recently, it has been experiencing technical difficulties by displaying an error message indicating that “Page cannot be displayed within the app.” If this issue is resolved within the upcoming updates, I will consider updating my rating accordingly.

Great company, horrible app
This is a really great company and I’ve spent money hand over fist with them and never had any issues with my orders or products. Shipping is fast. Good customer service. The app on the other hand is horrible. I really loved the app when it worked but now that it’s not working properly you’re missing out on a lot more money from me.

I can’t get to the cart to make my purchase. It just spins, which will ultimately lose a 500.00 sale….

Extreme terrain itself is super cool I buy things all the time from them because they have everything jeep related but this app is dookie it hardly ever works when you try to look things up always send you to a something went wrong page. Use the internet to browse not the app.
Annoying on iOS
It’s been sometime but the app has gotten really annoying. Sometimes after looking at an item and I backup it takes me back to the login screen. It loses where I was.
Cancelled order
Ordered wheel spacers for my jeep and for some reason they canceled my order.

Most of the time when entering a category the screen will just go black and stay that way
When it does work after about 2-4 restarts sometimes you’ll encounter a white screen with only the back button. Then you’ll go back to the category screen and start the loop over again.

Poor performance
The app keeps popping up a screen saying an item I was looking at is in sale but you can’t click to go see the item. It’s just an annoyance pop, please get ride of it. Then when scrolling through looking at items it keeps taking me back to the top. I like your products but I definitely can’t use your app to browse which keeps me from buying. I been finding what I need else where since I can’t browse.

Won’t sign up
Within 10 minutes of downloading I want to uninstall this. I can’t even create an account because of “technical difficulties…”

App won’t let me log on or change my password. Fix the dam app
Absolute Garbage
The App and the website are absolute trash. The app sends me on an endless redirect loop to pictures of other people’s jeeps instead of the parts that I’m trying to order. I then try to use the website and the website glitched and the wrong part was ordered. Now their customer service tells me the order is locked and there is no way to modify or cancel the order, and I have to wait until it’s shipped and pay to have it returned. What a scam.

Slowest shipping
I ordered doors over 3 weeks ago and they still have not shipped. At this point I’m calling tomorrow canceling the order then deleting my account. I can get this type of service with Amazon but at least it will be a little cheaper.
This app is HORRIBLE
First of all, the actual site Extreme Terrain is fantastic and they have great products. I had the site saved to my Home Screen and then I found this app. Thought it’d be better…. WRONG!! About every third category tab causes it to freeze and crash. Uninstalling this and going back to how it was 👎🏿👎🏾👎🏽👎🏼👎🏻👎

Account Setting - Wrangler to Gladiator
I have an Extreme Terrain account.
Would like to be able to switch between my vehicle models.
I have a 2020 Wrangler & a 2023 Gladiator.
My app account does not let me update or change my vehicle model to a Gladiator, only other Wrangler models.
Only on the website can I seem to shop for the Gladiator.

Why login EVERYTIME!
It’s a great app other than the fact you have to completely login EVERYTIME you open the app. It’s annoying…and not to mention that sometimes it’s says the password is invalid and you have to rest it…trust me I put in the correct password the first time!
Needs a lot of work
This app is laggy, bug-ridden, and just generally broken all the time. I am on the latest version, so it’s not a matter of being up to date. I can’t delete things from my wish list. When you click certain things it brings you back to the “homepage” instead of where the link is supposed to bring you. Nothing is updated on the front page where they show you “builds”, it’s just the same hideous looking Heep I’ve seen for years now, never anything new. This app needs help, because it could be great, but it seems neglected.

Needs an update
I don’t understand how you can go on the website through a web browser and be able to pick the gladiator and Toyota, and all of these other makes and models, but not on the app itself. This needs a major update. I used to own a wrangler, and this was one of the only apps that I used. Now I own a gladiator, and I can no longer use the app. It would be really nice to be able to go back to a reliable app. if the app gets updated, I will give it a five star.
