Issue with ethernet adapters

Hi! The app is great, but I have one issue: when I try to use ethernet adapter (redpark) to make connection between ipad and controller it works only if ipad having wifi adapter enabled and connected to any network with internet. Could you please fix this, because in cases when wifi network is unavailable ipad couldn’t load control interface and became useless :( this issue appear long time ago, I already tried to play with network and app configurations. Tried ios versions from 11 till 14. Result the same: App couldn’t load selected room interface. Many thanks in advance.

Great App, needs support for a MDM solution so all iPads can have same configurations for troubleshooters and Helpdesk.

Great App

Works great I currently have 20 system working flawlessly with no lag. A must have if you are using Extron control systems and need a wireless touch panel

Works Perfectly

This App works perfectly when I have used it to connect to my existing touchpanel. After opening the App for the first time it automatically found my processor and let me connect. There is little to no time lag when pressing buttons and the whole operation is very smooth.
