Why do we need to login 2 times? And face id sometimes doesn’t work correctly i get “unauthorized access”
Terrible app experience
It often ‘forgets’ your credentials forcing you to repeat the process which is quite tideous and then when it does work, viewing certain pdfs or clicking in some menus causes a crash and then you have to redo the login process…exhausting

Es cero intuitiva, además, intentar iniciar sesión es algo desgastante, debes hacerlo minimo tres veces para que te permita ingresar y cuándo hay un error en la visualización de algún PDF cierra la sesión y debes volver a ingresar.

Worst app I ever used, takes ages to get trough the log in system. Stay away from it if you can… saying that website is not any better…

Constantly crashes, keeps logging out every 2 mins, if you can even manage to log on in the first place. Try to open a pay slip, the app crashes. This is possibly the most unreliable and unstable app I have ever used.
EY is not a technology company
I have to use this app as EY does our payroll. It’s probably the worst app on the market. Logs you out constantly when trying to open payslips. If it doesn’t log you out it errors.
Great example of why buying is usually better than building, even for something as simple as sharing PDF files.

I’m genuinely puzzled by the purpose of this app. Its current state is so underwhelming that it doesn’t even meet the minimum standards of an MVP. At best, it resembles a proof of concept—one that’s still too unstable to be considered a viable prototype.

Why the BBC left their old provider and went with these I’ll never know. Well, presumably because they’re cheap. And I can tell.

Always crashing … waste of time
Worst app
Worst payroll app ever. To export a simple documents takes so many minutes and you never know if it’s an error and have to enter the app again or just the app loading. So anoying. Can’t check any payroll in the app without have to login at least thousands of times.

Break from time to time
This app break from time to time, losing credentials. There is no sign out option. Do you need to uninstall and install back

This app is awful. It won’t let me log in, I have to keep deleting and downloading it to retry. The website isn’t much better. Avoid it if you have a choice.
