If pictures taken on your device appear blurry, you can try taking a photo with another phone or use your default camera app and then upload the image from your gallery into our app. We are constantly working on improving the image quality, and we appreciate your feedback!

Bitte öffnen Sie die Einstellungen Ihres Geräts, suchen Sie unsere App und aktivieren Sie die Berechtigungen für Kamera und Fotos. Danach sollte die App einwandfrei funktionieren. Ripoff… free trial? Billed immediately
Different result every time I scan, went to cancel and found it had already billed. $30 for a piece of garbage.

Hello! I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the app. Just to clarify: the free trial is available for the weekly plan, but you can always use the app for free, even without starting the trial. In your case, the charge was made because you selected the annual plan, which does not include a free trial. Regarding the different results: for accurate analysis, it’s important to have a good-quality photo that captures only the eye itself, without anything else around it. This will make the results more consistent.
