About

Give your eyes a daily routine. If your days are spent in front of screens, this app helps you build a short, repeatable habit for your eyes — and lets you keep an eye on how things look over time. EYE EXERCISES 21 guided exercises across two profiles: one set written for children, one for adults. Each exercise tells you what to do, how long it takes and why it helps. Set a daily reminder at a time that suits you, and a streak calendar keeps track of the days you showed up. EIGHT ON-SCREEN CHECKS Letter recognition, colour patterns, radial lines, near reading, a grid, side vision, eye tracking, and how your two eyes work together. Each round explains what it looks at before you begin. An honest word about these rounds: they are self-checks you run on your own screen, not an eye examination. Screen size, brightness and how far you hold the phone all change the outcome. The app does not diagnose, screen for or treat any condition — it records how you answered, under those conditions, and nothing more. YOUR HISTORY Your last 100 results stay on the device. After each round you see the difference from your previous one and your average across the last seven, so you can tell a real change from a bad-lighting day. DID YOU KNOW? 30 short cards about how eyes actually work. SIX LANGUAGES English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese. NO ACCOUNT, YOUR RESULTS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE There is no sign-up. Results, exercise history and settings are stored locally on your device. Ads are served by Google AdMob; on iOS you are asked for tracking permission first, and saying no changes nothing in the app. FREE AND PREMIUM Three checks a day are free, and you can watch a short video to earn one more. Premium is a one-time payment — no subscription — that removes the daily limit, so you never need to watch a video to continue. IMPORTANT This app is for general information and habit-building only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, screening or treatment, and it is not a substitute for an eye examination. If you notice a sudden change in your vision, pain, flashes of light, or that part of your field of view is missing, see an eye care professional without delay — and have your eyes examined regularly even when nothing feels wrong.

What's New in Eye Exercises

1.0.3

September 27, 2026

A new name, a new look, and an honest rewrite of what this app claims to do. WHAT CHANGED • The app is now called Eye Exercises, with a new icon and a new look. • Result screens no longer name conditions or suggest treatments. Earlier versions listed things like short-sightedness or astigmatism based on your score, and suggested glasses, lenses or surgery. A score on a phone screen cannot support that, so it is gone. In its place you now get what the round actually looks at, why your score moves between attempts, and habits that help your eyes. • The "10/10 vision" style figure has been removed. It was derived from how many answers you got right, not from any calibrated measurement. NEW • iOS: the App Tracking Transparency permission request now appears on first launch, before any ad is loaded. Declining it does not limit any feature. • After each round you now see the difference from your previous one and your average across the last seven, so you can tell a real change from a bad-lighting day. • Settings: ad preferences (where required by law) and Restore Purchases. • A once-a-day reminder to turn your screen brightness up before a round — it affects the result more than most people expect. FIXED • Your exercise streak was often counted from the oldest entry instead of the most recent, so it showed the wrong number. • The sound effects switch reset itself every time the app started. • Daily reminders used a fixed time zone, so they arrived at the wrong hour outside Türkiye. • The brightness setting did nothing at all; now it works. • Settings showed the wrong version number. ALSO • Faster start-up and a noticeably smaller download.
