Advertisement pops up every 10 seconds when you are trying to do vision acuity test. I am registered and logged in. I don’t think it is the right way to promote things

Too many color plates

Can you allow the user to select either 24 or 14 color plates? With the recent update, I find 24 plates are redundant and not always necessary for a quick check. They double the testing time. I use this in an ED setting for suspected neurologic vision loss. Please give the 14 plate option back!!

No CPT codes available

This app was great for both ICD10 and CPT codes. Unfortunately, with the new update that CPT codes are not available which is a shape because it was the 1ry reason I used this app.

Very Welcome App

Top-notch application for optometric physicians and ophthalmologists. Would like to see more diagrams, movies, and a few more 'conditions' that could be emailed to patients for information purposes. Pop-up ads should be more limited in frequency.

Unable to make account

I am new to the field of ophthalmology as an ophthalmic tech but am unable to create an account. I don’t have any NPI or registration number and when I select “Other Ophthalmic Technician” in the “Profession” tab, the app does not let me register.

Unsure if there is a paid version to remove ads but having them pop up every 2 seconds without exaggeration when trying to use the app is infuriating.

Missing tumbling “E” and Landolt “C” charts

This app is definitely the best Ophthalmology app out there. Very useful and helpful in or even outside the clinic. The only downside for me is that it’s missing the “E” and/or the “C” charts. I’m sure it’s a very simple feature to add, yet it’s going to be a huge addition to the app. Especially for the illiterate or those who aren’t familiar with the English alphabet. I hope you can add them to the app soon.

What you are looking for is available in our Eye Handbook app. Please ensure that you have the latest app version on your device and then on the home screen there is very first icon for Testing from there please select Vision Test and then select 3rd menu Near Vision Test and then at the bottom you will be able to find Landolt C and Landolt E. Once again thanks a lot and please continue to explore.

Obnoxious ads

Great app marred by advertising pop-ups and overlays that repeat immediately after you skip or close them. I would gladly pay to avoid the nuisance. Pass.

Invasive ads

I realize that ads are necessary to support the developers of this very useful app, but they are very hard to skip - you have to wait for the full ad to load in order to get the skip button. If you’re in the basement of a hospital with poor reception, the ad may never load and you’re stuck with a blank screen! There should be a timer that gets rid of the ad after 10 seconds if it doesn’t load.
