App is not working
Lately the app is not working. Is there an upgrade or install required
Cameras go offline and you have to restart app
App requires restart often as the cameras go offline
Not intuitive, no guide or tutorial
This app and desktop app are NOT intuitive at all, and it’s very difficult to navigate. There also does not appear to be any user’s guide or tutorials on how to use the software. Unfortunately, I feel like this system was a waste of money.

The app is very slow. Sometime it takes 3-5 minutes before you can view the camera. You really need to improve quality of the app.
Camera quality
The camera quality is okay. Not as clear as it should be and sometimes it doesn’t come through clear and it’s fuzzy. The lighting is off I want to talk amorous almost every other day. And he independent contractor who installed the cameras has been slow to respond to our concerns of the camera, siding is family had Covid and he was in quarantine, but he never followed up to address the concerns and replace the camera. Then provide instructions on how to utilize the app, didn’t provide any instruction booklets or or direct us to the website for the instructions.

App needs work
The app usually works for anywhere from 15-30 seconds while i look at all camera views at once. Mine being 4. Then as soon as i click one camera to look at live view on full screen it pops up for a second then goes black. I have to restart app to get them back up. I am unable to look at 1 camera full screen on phones or tablets

Issue with backing out of app
Can’t open app back out and re visit you most close app completely if you back out to continue viewing
Feedback on operating systems
The overall system operates OK. There seems to be issues with rewritable drive and interface between smart phones and the hardwired system. Slow loading and sometimes off-line statuses.
Surveillance Camera
I do not recommend this system. It works sometimes on your cell phone and I find myself have to reboot my internet just to get a connection. I thought it was different and I am not satisfied with the functionality and quality.

hate that i always have to close out the app to refresh it in order for the camera to work.
it doesn't notify me immediately on my phone of movements outside, but sends me emails instead.
when i want playback, i can't view multiple at once.
when i open up one screen to view, it takes me back to all 4 screens then i have to click on the screen i want to view.

Great App
Good Services and Quality.
Loading times
The cameras seem to never load and sometimes I have to close the app 10 times then I just give up.

Recording confusion
How in the world do you set the cameras to record Constantly without having to go press record all the time thru the mobile app? I’ve been having a hard time with it.
