Needs an update
App is slow, has grainy image which displays only in black and white. Video image froze on my camera and will not change.
Disappearing features of my eyeclon Netcam
At the beginning of my eyeclon Netcam Security, images were in color, and I had the Camera Setting Feature, the high and low quality feature, the Camera and video features, and now it is a big disappointment because images are now in grayish color, no longer in vivid colors like at the beginning; no more features such as the Camera Setting, the high and low quality feature, the Camera and Video features. WHAT HAPPENED? And there are no instructions what to do to put these features back!!!
It is utter disappointing and frustrating. Please give me the instruction how to put these features back. Thank you.
