Habe seit vier Wochen das Problem, dass eine meiner Kameras mehrmals täglich das Kennwort wieder aktualisiert haben möchte obwohl ich’s gar nicht geändert habe. Wenn ich die App zurücksetzen geht alles wieder aber das geht nicht weg. Gibt’s da mal ein Update?

Bonjour, je n’avais aucun soucis avec cette caméra de bonne qualité mais depuis quelques mois, je ne reçois plus aucune notification push (client) sur mon iPhone (12 pro à jour). Par contre les notifications mail fonctionnent bien. J ai supprimé la caméra, désinstalle l’application puis l’ai réinstallé et ajouté la caméra à nouveau et j’obtiens le même résultat. Les notifications de EyeCloud sont bien plus cordées. Je remettrait 5 étoiles si ce problème trouve une solution

No avisa detección de movimiento
Hola hace un tiempo no me avisa cuando detecta movimiento ninguna cámara. No me manda notificaciones ni al teléfono ni al correo. Tengo un iPhone 15 pro. Me pueden ayudar? He reinstalado todo pero sigue igual.

今まで快適に見ることができていましたが、 先週・先々週あたりから アプリがログイン画面になり、 ユーザー名、パスワードを入力しても アプリはそこから動きません。 アプリを削除して 再インストールしても治らず。 理由はわかりませんが、 動画が見ることができなくなりました。

It’s A Pain
Works okay for a while then when trying to review camera footage it says ‘SD Not Found’. I then reboot and no good. Disconnect and try to re-link to internet and won’t. Try everything and still won’t. I’m going to scrap it. The features are minimalist and door cameras have come a long way since this model.

Wäre toll wenn man mal irgendwo ne Liste mit kompatiblen Geräten hätte. Auch das deren des Bildschirmes funktioniert auf dem iPhone bedingt.
