Very disappointed with the Eyecon app. The lookup function is not working at all, which is one of the main reasons I subscribed to the premium version. On top of that, customer support never replies, even after multiple attempts to contact them. Paying for a premium subscription and getting no proper service or support is unacceptable. Would not recommend until these issues are fixed.

Does not sync photos
I love having photos for my contacts. I found this app advertising on Facebook. So I downloaded it and spent $2.99 on a premium membership. And this app does not sync photos at all. I’ve been trying for hours to get things to work. I put in phone numbers and no photos show up no matter what platform I used.

Eyecon is now no more free
It is a good software totally but now it’s a paid version and how come all of a sudden to existing customer also it’s charged , Atleast for vintage users let it continue for free
