Difficult to set multiple times for same day

Generally this app does what it says; alerts you when it’s time to take eye drops. Alerting at the time you want is another story. I first scheduled drops for my right eye. Great. While still taking the right drops, but starting a couple weeks later, I needed to add a separate schedule for my left eye. No matter what time I set it showed up an hour later on the schedule just for the left eye. There was no way to fix this other than to put the wrong time in and hoping the app doesn’t correct itself so I still end up putting the drops in at the wrong time. Jury still out about whether I continue using this app if it’s unreliable.

Unreliable App

The app fails to give me notice when my eye drops are due. It's very disappointing and concerning.

Great App

Due to recent eye surgery I had to put 4 different eye drops several times a day totaling 15 times. The App not only has every eye drops med listed but helps space out the time between drops which is very helpful.

Very good helpful App.

I enjoyed using this app for my post cataract surgeries.

Great app

I take artificial tears 6 times daily and prednisolone 1 time daily. I couldn’t do it without this app. At various times I’ve had other drops and this helps a lot. There were times when it was confused about time change but that seems to have straightened out. I recommend this app to people regularly. It has really been a great find for me.

Such a simple app

This is such a simple app to get a reminder of your eye drops with all necessary features like reminder , Snooze and changing the intervals of drops

Very helpful, but could be better

A useful app to recommend to my patients. Some feedback however….
Can you look at listing every drop? I’m based in the uk, and drops that we commonly prescribe e.g monopost/ tiopex/ xalacom were not listed. Although their generic forms are listed, it would be too confusing reminding a patient eg to instill latanoprost when the box says monopost.
Secondly, a lot of the individuals who may use this app will be visually impaired. Can you make the fonts larger and bolder.

Very helpful!

I’m on lots of drops that are different for left and right and this app is almost perfect to help me keep track. One small improvement I’d love to see. It’s good that a 5 minute gap is automatic when several drops are needed at the same time of day. However the gap is made even when drops are going into different eyes. So I’d prefer that the first drop in the other eye could be scheduled for the same time as the first drop in the first eye, etc etc. not a big deal but it would make the app 5.5 stars for me!!

Great app

I take artificial tears 6 times daily and prednisolone 1 time daily. It’s helpful, the alarm doesn’t consistently go off but I’ve been using for several years so it has trained me to be alert to the schedule. At various times I’ve had other drops and this helps a lot. There were times when it was confused about time change but that seems to have straightened out. Today it is suddenly on military time and I cannot find a way to correct that. Military time is confusing when you are used to living on civilian time. In fact that’s why I came to the App Store. I checked FAQ and the settings and didn’t see a way to correct it.

AWESOME FRUSTRATION SOLVER!

This reminder app is awesome!

It’s so easy to use, especially if you are taking many types of medication!

I love that it has a reminder alarm because it’s so easy to forget!

Thank you Dr. Shah for making life on medication easier!

Alarms

Horrible

Useful and easy to use

I have been struggling to remember eye drops timing throughout the day since months. This app made my life easier and very simple and easy to use. Thanks to the team!

Does not always alarm

I really love this app where I can space out my drops because there’s so many to take. But what disturbs me is it doesn’t always ring the alarm. For instance there are three drops. I need to take five minutes apart so it alarms the first one at 8 AM but then does not alarm the one that is set for 8:05 and does not alarm the one that is set for 8:10. Just now I have one drop that was due at 2 o’clock. It did not alarm. It’s not saying OK or snooze and it’s now 230. I had to remember it on my own. So it needs to get a little bit better at alerting to the drops. But it is a fabulous idea and something that we need.

Time lapse

Can’t adjust the eyedrops reduction after the original schedule as the different meds change to two drops per day after seven days or more or they stop after the prescribed days.

WOAH!! AMAZING!!

I spent a couple hours creating an elaborate spreadsheet to log all of my various pre-op and post-op drops (times 2 for both eyes). Then when I went to print it out, I realized: A) I’d have to carry around the printout of the spreadsheet to manually check-off each drop; B) I’d still have to create events or reminders on my phone for multiple times a day for me to take the drops; and C) neither of these solutions sounded very simple. Then the little 5-watt bulb went on over my head and I thought “there has to be an app for this”. Well………. There is, and THIS IS IT!! This app is fantastic!! It does anything and everything you need for managing your eye drops before and after cataract surgery. The user interface is simple and straightforward. Setting up different schedules for different drops is a piece of cake. The app will alert you when it’s time for a drop; it will handle the ‘delay’ between successive drops; it will handle stepping down the number of drops per day as the weeks go by (if needed); and it will give you peace of mind that it’s all being taken care of so you don’t have to even think about it!! Some apps that purport to ‘manage’ aspects of your life are really done poorly - sloppy coding, lousy UI, unstable performance, etc. This app is totally professional - I’d gladly pay for it - BUT IT’S FREE!! This is the BEST!

I knew right away when my eye doctor said I needed cataract surgery, and put me on a schedule of multiple eye drops every day, it was going to be impossible for me… I’m always too busy.
So, this is 2024 and checked to see if anyone made an app for this and ‘voila’ my problem solved. Whoever made this - THANK YOU, this is so easy, so reliable, so well thought out…it’s the BEST!

Great when you have LASIK or PRK

Great way to easily track your medication schedule for eye drops.

So glad I found this app

This app was recommended in a Facebook group for cataract surgery. It is intuitive to use and was easy to setup. It just works and is not overly complicated. I just brought my wife home after a total knee replacement, and 3 scripts to take at different times of day and for different periods of time. She gets the anti nausea med in both eyes every 6 hours. I know what it means and will track my drops (they have the pink top!” I did even look for an app for swallowed pills. Thank you for developing this app! If you find yourself in need of a project, you could adapt this app for other meds!? Thanks again!!

4th eye surgery and wish I had this app before

This is my fourth eye surgery (second retina plus two cataract). The number of drops through recovery is a lot to say the least. Scheduled differ every follow up. This app is the easiest way to keep track of your drop schedule and I so wish I had it the first 3 surgeries.
